What does 1% ownership mean?
A 1% ownership unit represents a proportional interest in the partnership that owns the horse(s). Participation rights, responsibilities, and any potential proceeds are governed by the partnership agreement and offering documents.
Where will the horses race?
Our goal is to acquire and race Thoroughbreds at Woodbine Racetrack in Ontario, Canada, subject to availability, suitability, and regulatory considerations.
How are costs handled?
Ordinary training, veterinary, and farrier costs are included as outlined in the Ownership section. Extraordinary expenses, if incurred, are shared proportionally among partners and clearly disclosed in financial statements.
Is this an investment?
